We are very fortunate to have over 40 staff members of Team B2C. Their sole focus is to ensure we get the very best products to our customers as quickly as possible, at the very best prices, with the best customer support. They are dedicated water sports enthusiasts who are as passionate as our customers about their sporting interests. Throughout our operations from warehouse, picking and packing, customer services, product creation, editorial, procurement, finance, technology and HR, the team work very hard to provide the best possible customer experience. With an additional passion for the environment, Team B2C cares about our customers and we are very proud of our team.
Ian Homan enjoyed a highly successful career in investment banking and in the finance industry working for Barclays Capital as Global Head of Fixed Income Technology, The London Stock Exchange as Head of Technology and UBS as Global Head of FX and CCT Technology then Global Head of Credit, Securities and ECN Technologies. Prior to this he worked within the software industry initially as a developer and then a consultant. He left UBS in 2009, to become fully involved in the development of B2C. As a technology expert Ian led the development and strategy for B2C creating one of the most efficient e-commerce platforms within the global leisure marine industry. His platforms and vision for the business are the keys that have enabled B2C's online retailing brand 'Wetsuit Outlet' to grow and prosper at an enviable rate within this niche market.
Paul has more than 25 years' experience in the media industry. His career spans roles managing both operational divisions and corporate functions, most recently as managing director of the largest division of Time Inc. UK. He has extensive knowledge of clients in a broad range of sectors including yachting, equestrian, cycling, fine wine and field sports. As managing director of the specialist brands, a division featuring 30 brands operating in 14 different markets with over 450 staff, Paul delivered the groups highest ever revenue and profit.
Jeremy is a finance professional with extensive e-Commerce experience, having worked with several fast growing and emerging online and technology businesses. Jeremy's background includes senior roles with large corporates, including European FD of Cardtronics, the world's largest deployer of ATMs, and UK Finance Director of CBRE, the world's largest property services company.
Sally is a well-respected retailer with over 25 years' experience, holding senior positions in Buying and Product Development for well-known brands such as Next Plc / Marks and Spencer Plc / Heals and most recently Notonthehighstreet.com covering multi product categories.
A very experienced fashion retailer and entrepreneur who has been involved in the development and growth of several successful global brands from the Burton Group, Whistles and C & J Clark to Mint Velvet. He is currently non-executive Chairman of Mint Velvet and luxury womens sportswear brand Monreal, London. He is also Chairman of First Friday, a consulting, change management and training business with its roots in retail. Peter brings with him a wealth of knowledge not only of the retailing world but of change management and business growth and is delighted to be involved in his first totally e-commerce business.
Bob Henry is a Partner at Mobeus Equity Partners, responsible for new deal generation and completion throughout the UK, with particular responsibility for the South West of England. Bob led Mobeus's growth capital investment in Wetsuit Outlet (B2C Holdings) and has now joined the Board. Originally a banker, with a Business Degree from London Metropolitan University, Bob has been involved in private equity since 1979 and joined Mobeus in 1998. Bob has acted as a director for two AIM-listed companies one of which he chaired. He took both through the IPO process, and has considerable experience of assisting management to achieve maximum business performance.
